The Bishop’s School is a college preparatory day school, affiliated with the Episcopal Church, enrolling 780 boys and girls in Grades 6–12. In the fall of 2009, Bishop's welcomed its first sixth-grade class. The 11-acre campus includes a 32,000-square-foot science center, five tennis courts, an aquatic center, two athletic fields, gymnasium, a health and fitness center, library, resource and learning center, five computer laboratories and 350 computers, performing and visual arts facilities, and a parking structure. More than half of the faculty hold advanced degrees. The average class size is 14. The curriculum includes Advanced Placement courses for college credit. Summer programs are scheduled.
