Bunting and Lyon is a member of both the Educational Records Bureau and the Secondary School Admission Test Board. As such, we are authorized to administer the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) and the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). Families should consult with the schools to which they are applying regarding the test required.

We test small groups of students one or two weekday mornings throughout the year. Reservation for a test date is required and must be made by telephone (203-269-3333), when registration and fees are discussed.

Bunting and Lyon also accommodates nonstandard options such as extended time and the use of calculators and computers. Any accommodations must be preapproved by the particular testing association.

We send all materials to the respective ERB and SSAT offices, which score the tests and send out reports.
